Ingrédients for six glasses
Eminente Reserva
300 ml
Marasquino liqueur
30 ml
Pineapple juice
90 ml
lime juice
60 ml
Simple syrup
30 ml
Pour all ingredients into a jug, stir and place in the freezer.
Half fill your punch bowl with ice cubes.
Cut two rounds of pineapple and cut them down the middle. Place them inside the punch bowl as a garnish, along with some slices of lime, using the ice cubes to prop them against glass.
Remove the jug from the freezer and pour into your punch bowl.
Garnish with 2 pineapple leaves or 1 slice of lime.
