  • Teaspoons of brown sugar2
  • Mint leaves6
  • Sparkling water60 ml

  • mixing spoon
  • jigger
  • ice cubes
  • muddler

    Gently muddle lime, sugar and mint in a tall glass.

    Add the rum and crushed ice.

  3. III

    Top up with sparkling water and stir, garnish with mint sprigs.
